What we collect when you visit this site, why, and what choices you have.

Overview
This policy covers ai-dynamics.io — the technical details of what the site itself collects when you visit it. It doesn't cover data handling under a commercial or platform agreement with Dynamics, which is governed separately by that agreement.
What we collect
This site collects, automatically, on every visit:
- IP address — via standard server logs and a lightweight first-party visit logger
- Browser and device details — user agent, screen size, timezone, browser language
- Pages visited and referring page
None of this is used to identify you individually, build a profile, or serve ads. It exists for basic security and traffic visibility — the same category of information almost every website collects by default.
If you submit the contact form on our Engage page, we additionally collect whatever you provide there — typically your name, email address, organization, and message. This is used only to respond to your inquiry: it's emailed to our team and kept in a private backup record in case the email fails to deliver. It isn't added to any marketing list or shared with third parties.
If you start a conversation through the chat widget, additional information is collected and processed by our chat provider, Re:amaze, under its own privacy terms — see the Third-Party Services section below.
What we don't do
- We don't set tracking cookies for advertising purposes
- We don't sell or share visitor data with third parties for marketing
- We don't attempt to identify individual visitors from this logging, or link visits across sessions
Third-party services
This site uses Re:amaze for live chat. If you open the chat widget, Re:amaze may set its own cookies and will process whatever you share in that conversation under its own privacy policy, which we don't control. If you'd prefer not to be subject to that, simply don't open the chat widget — browsing the rest of the site doesn't load it.
How long we keep this data
Our policy is to retain server and visit logs for no longer than 12 months, after which they're deleted automatically. Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the correspondence — you can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.
Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights over your personal data — including the right to know what's held about you, to request correction or deletion, and to object to processing. This applies under frameworks including the EU/UK GDPR for visitors in those regions, and the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) for visitors in the UAE.
